Our range of pressure sand filter is used for the removal of suspended solids & turbidity. The pressure sand filter is extremely robust method of removing suspended solids from water. The filtration medium comprises of multiple layer of sand having different sizes & specific gravity. How it works?

• This water treatment plant is used to generate the required operating pressure in it

• Raw water is passed through sand filter at a pressure of 3.5 kg / cm2. This reduces the suspended solids that are present in the raw water

• This filter has the ability to remove up to 30 to 50 micron of suspended solids to less then 5 ppm

• It is mandatory to wash the filter daily with raw water for 20 to 30 minutes

• For the filtration of partials below 30 to 50 micron, the cartridge filter is used

Working of Our Micron Cartridge Filters:

• Water is admitted in the fitter, chamber as indicated & surrounds all cartridges

• Through very fine apertures of cartridges, it seeps into the interior of each cartridge

• Then it descends down to collecting chamber, from which it goes out

It is foremost to clean the cartridges of the collected impurities after definite interval of time for this:

• Open the top lid

• Physically remove all the cartridges

• Brushed carefully using soft brush or cloth under flow of water
